The iconic Jazzercise dance fitness program from the US combines high-energy dance cardio with strength training, Pilates, hip-hop, yoga, and kickboxing, making it the most exhilarating and effective way to stay fit. Available here in Singapore at Wfitness for the best in-studio experience!

Aerial Fitness (Adults/Kids)

Aerial Fitness also known as anti-gravity workout, is a revolutionary way to fitness. Aerial classes offer a unique and exhilarating way to experience the thrill and benefits of flight while improving physical fitness and well being. Our aerial program combines elements of aerial arts, yoga, and Pilates to create a comprehensive and engaging workout. All performed suspended by a soft hammock, bringing an experience never before.
The programs are offered too for children from age of 7 and above.

Pilates

Pilates is a low impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body alignment. It emphasizes controlled movements, proper breathing and mind body connection for a balanced and efficient workout.
The Pilates classes offered at Wfitness is based on Mat Pilates with props like resistance bands, Pilates balls, weights and a range of suitable props to accommodate beginners or to challenge intermediate or advanced practitioners.

Yoga

Hatha yoga is a traditional and classical form of Yoga that focuses on physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques that we offer here in our studio. We emphasize proper alignment, technique and safety to ensure students get the most out of their practice while minimizing the risk of injury. Modifications will be shown for those with limitations using props. Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and flowing yoga class linking movement with breath, building internal heat, strength and flexibility. A continuous flow of postures, synchronizing breath with movement is expected and helps build stamina and endurance. Suitable for all levels, modifications available.

Studio rental

Soar to new heights with our purpose-built flooring for fitness and dance studio featuring 764 sq ft of space with high ceilings, big windows with lots of natural lighting, nestled in a green backdrop in a highly accessible location with direct lift access and parking facilities. We are also an aerial studio, fitted with aerial equipment and ready for you to take on the thrill of aerial yoga, silks, hoops and more, all in a welcoming and supportive environment.
